只有引擎应答采样按次收费:0.15 元/次,一次 = 一个引擎回答一个问题,成功返回答案才扣。网站访客采集与全部报表不按量收费。余额不透支,用尽自动暂停采样,充值后自动继续。 Only engine answer sampling is metered: ¥0.15 per call, where one call = one engine answering one question, charged only when an answer comes back. Visitor collection and all reports are not metered. Balances cannot go negative: sampling pauses when the balance runs out and resumes after a top-up.

什么按次收费What is billed per call

引擎应答采样 = 我们替你定期拿你设定的问题去问各 AI 引擎,记录回答里提没提到你、引没引用你的页面。每问一次都是一次真实的引擎调用,有真实成本,所以按次计价。 Answer sampling means we periodically ask each AI engine the questions you configured, and record whether the answer mentions you or cites your pages. Every ask is a real engine call with a real cost, so it is priced per call.

一次是什么What one call is	一个引擎 × 一个问题。5 个引擎 × 10 条问题跑一轮 = 50 次 = 7.50 元。 One engine × one question. A round of 5 engines × 10 questions = 50 calls = ¥7.50.
什么时候扣When it is charged	引擎成功返回答案时扣,与回答内容好坏无关——我们卖的是"去问并留证",不是"保证被引用"。 When the engine returns an answer, regardless of what the answer says — what you pay for is the ask and the evidence, not a guarantee of being cited.
谁决定花多少Who controls the spend	你自己:开哪几个引擎、每个引擎多久跑一轮、几条问题,全在控制台「采样设置」里,每一行都标着约合多少钱一周。改频次就是改花费。 You do: which engines are on, how often each runs, and how many questions — all in Console → Sampling, with the weekly cost shown on every row. Changing the frequency changes the bill.

什么不收费What is not billed

网站访客采集与全部报表——贴码、事件采集、概览/实时/流量获取/页面/参与度/无效流量等报表,不按量收费,与采样余额无关。余额为 0 也照常采集、照常出报表。 Visitor collection and every report — the tag, event collection, and the Overview / Realtime / Acquisition / Pages / Engagement / Invalid-traffic reports are not metered. They keep working at a zero balance.
失败、超时、空回答——引擎没返回可用答案的采样一律不计费。这类记录仍会入库留证,报表上按「未采到」处理。 Failures, timeouts and empty answers — never charged. They are still recorded as evidence and shown as "not collected" in reports.
关掉的引擎——没开启的引擎不产生任何费用;一个引擎都不开,采样这项就是 0 元。 Engines you turned off — an engine that is off costs nothing; with no engine enabled, sampling costs zero.

花多少:三个真实档位How much: three realistic setups

三档都按 10 条问题算(每站问题上限 10 条)。金额随单价实时算出,不是写死在这一页上的。 All three assume 10 questions (the per-site cap). The amounts are computed from the live unit price, not hard-coded on this page.

改版、发稿、投放期间盯短期波动才值这个钱,长期开着多数是烧钱。 Worth it while you are watching a relaunch or a campaign — left on permanently, it mostly just burns money.

控制台「账户与计费」页会按你当前的配置算出「本周预估」和「够跑几周」,不用自己乘。 Console → Billing computes the weekly estimate and how many weeks your balance covers, based on your actual setup.

充值、退款与发票Top-up, refunds & invoices

充值方式——控制台「账户与计费」页微信扫码支付,最小面额 10 元(≈ 66 次采样)。到账即可用,余额不设有效期。 How to top up — WeChat QR payment in Console → Billing, minimum ¥10 (≈ 66 calls). Credit is available immediately and does not expire.
余额不退——充值后的余额只能用于采样消费,不支持提现或原路退回。所以建议按用量小额多次充,不要一次充很多。 No refunds — credit can only be spent on sampling; it cannot be withdrawn or returned. Top up in small amounts as you go.
扣错了会退——如果因为我们的故障产生了不该有的扣费,联系我们核对后按笔退回余额,每一笔调整都在你的流水里可查。 Billing errors are corrected — if a charge was caused by a fault on our side, contact us and we credit it back per call; every adjustment appears in your ledger.

余额用尽会发生什么What happens when the balance runs out

先收到「余额偏低」邮件First, a "low balance" email
余额不足一周用量时就发,这时候采样还在正常跑,你有时间从容充值。 Sent while the balance still covers less than a week of usage — sampling is still running, so there is time to top up.
不够跑下一轮 → 自动暂停,并再发一封「已暂停」Not enough for the next round → it pauses, and a second email goes out
该轮直接跳过。我们不透支、不赊账、不先跑后收——余额为 0 不会变成一张账单。 That round is skipped. We never overdraw, never extend credit and never bill after the fact — a zero balance never turns into an invoice.
报表显示「未采样 —」,不是 0%Reports show "not sampled —", not 0%
没有采,和"采了但引擎没引用你"是两件事,我们不会把前者显示成后者。暂停期间站点访客采集与全部报表完全不受影响。 "We did not sample" and "we sampled and the engine did not cite you" are different facts, and we never show the first as the second. Visitor collection and every report keep working throughout.

这笔钱买的是什么(口径边界)What you are actually buying

采样测量的是「引擎的回答里出现了你」——提没提到你的品牌、引没引用你的页面,以及回答原文与全部引用链接的留证。 Sampling measures whether the engine's answer contains you — whether your brand is mentioned, whether your pages are cited, plus the full answer text and citation list kept as evidence.

一次被引对应多少真人到访,我们不知道,也不会替你换算。引擎侧数据与站点侧实测流量在报表里并排呈现,各讲各的事实,不做连线、不做归因。 How many real visitors one citation brings is unknown, and we will not convert it for you. Engine-side and site-side figures sit side by side as independent facts — no arrows, no attribution between them.
采样不承诺提升被引率或带来流量,它是测量工具不是投放工具。 Sampling makes no promise to improve citation rates or bring traffic — it is a measurement tool, not a marketing channel.
问题清单由你自己维护,问题的好坏直接决定这组数据的含金量,我们不代拟。 You own the question list; question quality decides how meaningful the numbers are, and we do not write them for you.
